About this event
Meeting at the Mariposa Fairgrounds at 6:00 AM then ride sharing to Crane Flat General Store (8028 Big Oak Flat Rd., YNP) for a second meet-up at 7:30 AM. From the store then traveling to Crane Flat Meadow, Tamarack Creek Trail, Siesta Lake and end near Tenaya lake for short hikes. This field trip is inside Yosemite National Park and will last most of the day. Make sure to bring lunch and snacks, water, sunscreen, binoculars, wear comfortable shoes and dress in layers.
